Unfortunately there are no options within WHMCS at this time to disable all the emails being sent to the Main account email address. Thus If a client has many contacts and you have many support people working for that client, then the main account gets spammed with a lot of emails, there is no way to disable the main account to not recieve these updates.
the only workarround is to add an dummy email for the main account and add it as contact.i hope for your votes to add these options.

hi, in the various part where whmcs can send email we have no choice to who it send them too. It only send to the main contact. It would be really necessary to have the choice to send to the contacts of a customer based on their attribute ( domain, product, invoice, support, main one ) so we can choose to whom we send the email. Most of the emails are technical contact for us and having the main administrative email as destination is to no use as they just delete it wihtout reading it. So the ability to choose which contact receive the email is importantregards,Ghislain.
