I have some clients that always complain about the support auto-responder and some that love it! I'd like to be able to turn off the autoresponder for certain clients.
This could be displayed on the Client Summary page at the top right, next to the other buttons: "Send Overdue Reminders: Yes Apply Late Fees: Yes"
So it would look like this:
Send Overdue Reminders: Yes Apply Late Fees: Yes Send Ticket Autoresponders: No (Default option of Yes?)
