Should remember what period you were looking at and default to that; Today, Last 30 Days, Last 1 Year
Most people won't be interested in the hour by hour thing, that's short sighted. 30 Days and 1 year is where it's at.
v6.3.1 showed this better than v8.8 regardless, so the usability of this has regressed.
