The current criteria to set a client to inactive is 'Change client status based on active/inactive products and not logged in for longer than 3 months' This is as granular as it gets, which is fine if you ONLY provide hosting services. it's a major pain however if you have clients who don't have recurring services and you don't want them be set inactive.
We get clients who have been set to inactive when they literally have outstanding invoices AND the system is still sending them notifications (as seen here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpuwlWob
This makes no sense. Most of our clients never login to their billing portal. I suggest allowing us to change the criteria, or provide an option where the 'not logged in' is replaced with 'no account activity'.
