How can we improve WHMCS?

Currently we can only enable an affiliate system with the default being recurring commissions, which is a PITA.

We need the ability to define the default setting to be either one-time or recurring.
Also to have the affiliate system enabled, but no default commissions, so that it is only defined per product.

Also an option to set the default setting for each product, as having the manually edit every single product or addon is also a PITA.
So we may want products to have commission disabled by default unless set otherwise.
