Hello,
Prior to WHMCS 8.0 we utilized the built in client custom fields to know more about the user. Now that the users are separated from the actual clients themselves, it would be nice to have the ability to have custom attributes/fields we could set on a user.
Again, this is not in reference to the already existing client custom attributes, but instead related to the users themselves.

For example:
Security Question & Answer: If a user is trying to login to their client area and are prompted for a answer to security question it doesn't make sense for a user to have to know the answer to the client accounts security question. Multiple users can be assigned to the same client account, so they should all have the ability to have different Q & A's.
Phone Number: It makes sense to have a phone number field for both the client account and the user account. The client account would most likely be the business phone number or owners number. However, what if we need to reach another user on the account? Or the owner of the account using the number tied to their user? Would be great to see this.
In our case we will need one field also for user document ID number.
With some teaks, we will be able to assign users to be WHOIS contacts.
I guess that with time the new account/user setup will be tuned by WHMCS team.
