Custom recipients with SendEmail API command

It would be very useful to be able to send to custom recipent with SendEmail command and benefit from the template mechanism.
For example you could send a custom message to the registrant of a domain name, instead of the client who has the in WHMCS.
Since you can already send an email with a custom subject, body and variables, it shouldn't be hard to add another field as a recipient.

Thanks for taking the time to provide this suggestion.
Generally we like API behaviour to guided by the UI functionality. At present WHMCS does not send emails to non-clients or contacts. There are other mailing list tools which can do that instead.
