How can we improve WHMCS?

We would like to customize support email from names. For example "First Name - Company" (John - Doe Co.) with <[email protected]> as the email address. The display name would change based on the admin that responds. Having this from name personalizes the emails our clients receives and makes them more likely to respond to the messages.
