Create New Promotion link not visible enough on the promotions page

The menu item Create New Promotion on the Promotions page needs to be a button on the page like most of the other pages or definitely in a more visible place.

I'm pleased to advise that in v6 the link has been butonised and moved to the left-hand-side to make it more visible and its positioning more consistent with other admin pages.
