How can we improve WHMCS?

A common request for most providers is customers wanting their cPanel primary domain and/or username changed.

I'd like to suggest an option for the cPanel integration that allows customers to do these things themselves from within the WHMCS service page.

It's possible some hosts might not want to offer such functionality, so it should be possible to enable or disable it as per one's needs.
