Connecting WHMCS and Perfex CRM



Perfex CRM now has more than 100,000 installations. please create an integration this is badly required.
Because whmcs does not have sales and workflow operations features (purchase entry, organisation and sales, purchase workflows )

We want to link two systems: WHMCS (where we manage customer orders and support) and Perfex CRM (where we track tasks, team activities, and finances). By connecting both, we can better manage orders, tickets, and employee work. Let me explain in simple steps:

1. Sales Orders from WHMCS to Perfex CRM
Whenever a customer places a new order in WHMCS, the order details will automatically move to Perfex CRM.
In Perfex CRM, we will create a purchase entry (a record for tracking expenses or costs) for that order.
This way, all our new orders are recorded and managed in one place.

2. Recurring Invoices for Monthly Renewals
Many orders, like hosting or services, require monthly payments (recurring invoices).
When WHMCS generates a monthly renewal invoice, this invoice will also sync with Perfex CRM.
Perfex CRM will update the purchase entry every month, so we can track renewals and payments easily.

3. Support Ticket Tracking and Employee Work Hours
In WHMCS, we manage support tickets for customer issues.
However, WHMCS doesn’t show internal details like which employee worked on a ticket and for how long.
By connecting to Perfex CRM:
Each ticket's working hours can be tracked.
Different employees working on the same ticket can log their individual hours.
This helps calculate total working hours for each employee and task.
Perfex CRM can also show:
Tickets that are late or not attended, making it easy to monitor performance.

4. Duplicate Payments and Task Assignments
Sometimes, we accidentally make duplicate payments to data centers (providers). Perfex CRM will help us track and avoid duplicate payments.
Employees can also:
Assign tasks (like fixing an issue) inside Perfex CRM.
Link these tasks to specific orders or tickets in WHMCS.

5. Creating a Workflow for New Orders
We will design a workflow in Perfex CRM to track how orders are processed:
When a new order comes into WHMCS, the workflow will automatically start in Perfex CRM.
An employee can choose the type of order (e.g., hosting, VPS) and assign tasks for it.
Managers can track progress and monitor the entire order process in Perfex CRM.
This system will make sure every order, ticket, and payment is organized and easily monitored.
