How can we improve WHMCS?

We need to be able to set setting the security question to mandatory or optional for clients.

Also, We have "deactivated" the security question for a user, because they forgot their question and needed to change their password, and now we are unable to re-activate the security question for that specific user, so that the next time they log in, they must set a security question.
