Bring back the functionality that notified all members of the department when a client replied to a ticket. Do not just notify the assigned admin.
In my opinion, this is a loss of functionality and effects how we service out customers.

This is now possible if members of a department watch a ticket with new functionality introduced in 6.3. Check out the Release Notes here:
