How can we improve WHMCS?

As of 8.13 it appears we have the client password set/reset back in admin - but it is too well hidden under client -> users -> drop down beside remove, that is very bad placement for both usability and UI.

We need 3 things:

1. ability to set/reset passwords on the client profile screen
2. an indicator that the password is not set on both clients and users
3. if an admin cannot masquerade as a user due to an unset password, we need the "login as client" button to indicate that (grey it out or change the text "password not set")

We need the indicator because if a clients password is not set, you can't masquerade as them and only get a permission denied error - which is also misleading as the error seems to indicate an error with the administrator permissions - not the clients permissions.
