How can we improve WHMCS?

It would be great if there was a report or search function to quickly Identify / link an IP to a client account. This would be useful for when you are chatting to a client via for example Tawk and you could quickly search the IP to confirm it has logged into the account in question. The second use would be to compare malicious activity from a firewall log with a WHMCS "Client Last Logged in IP Report" To quickly identify if the threat is coming from one of your own clients / or a compromised account.
