another suggestion to them could be that they use a legend on the
View/Search Client page to explain which colours relate to what client
group, rather than expect you to remember what shade of green means
what. It could be useful and it’s pretty to look at but if they don’t
include a legend, it’s ‘pretty’ pointless.
