Yes, I agree JSON is a good format, but for the regular man on the street I do think that PDF is a better format to get a good overview of the stored data. Thanks for considering my suggestion.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your suggestion.
To provide some context, the client data export feature was introduced in response to GDPR requirements, which specify that client data must be available in machine readable format. It is not necessarily intended for human consumption. As such JSON was chosen as the best format to meet this specific requirement.
