Check for Session Expiry on Ticket Submit in Client Area



Clients can take longer than the configured PHP session length to compose their message when opening a new ticket or replying to an existing tickets. If the form is submitted once the session is expired the data is lost, which causes frustration for clients who may have lost the message they had typed.

It would be beneficial to me as business owner using the WHMCS support ticket system, if the system could check whether the PHP session has expired prior to submitting the form and show a warning, so as to prevent the message being lost. An arrangement similar to the admin area could be suitable.
