Changing base currency without changing country

Currently, WHMCS v8.7.3 does not allow to manually enter any base currency administrator would like to use - it must be only a currency that WHMCS associates with a specific country chosen while running Setup Wizard.
However, for countries like Ukraine the chosen currency is not local currency but USD for some reason.
Furthermore in my case I prefer to use EUR as a base currency due to most of my business expenses (colocation, bandwidth, IPv4/IPv6 prefix lease and so on) are in Euro.
Thus I believe current way of setting base currency by a WHMCS is not much useful, thus it needs enhancement.

You can specify any base currency you prefer to use by editing the default currency entry on the Configuration > System Settings > Currencies page.
