Change the client area menu title "Tickets" to: "Support".
Many customers don't relate the term "tickets' to "Support" and need to have it pointed out to them. "Tickets" is an inside term for the programmers and does not communicate clearly to the average consumer on the other end. I have to explain it to each new customer. Apparently other hosting services use the more logical, natural description for the support function.

WHMCS is designed to be customisable, so you can change the text permanently on your installation via a language override file. This way the language can better suite your particualr target market: https://developers.whmcs.com/languages/overrides/
