We would like the capability to see Message header on each ticket reply.
This is very helpful when tracking spam and other mail issues.

I got a notice that this idea was rejected and to click here to see why, but no explanation given.

Why was this idea rejected? So easy to implement, so useful for users!

Hi Peter,
Your request was not approved as it appeared to closely resemble this existing request.

So that votes for the same change aren't split across multiple requests, we try to minimise duplicates. Please do add your vote and commentary to this idea.
