Bulk cPanel password change

We need the functionality to do bulk password changes from WHMCS to cPanel.
At the moment this needs to be done manually on a per-account level. But what if you need to change the cPanel password for all your clients?
My suggestion is a plugin that:
1. Let's you choose password strength and complexity
2. Allows you to change all passwords per connected server
3. Gives the option to forward new passwords to client or not after change
This will definitely help with mitigation after a WHMCS / cPanel breach.
