How can we improve WHMCS?

How about implementing a feature that allows you to "Block New Orders" for specific customers while still permitting them to "Renew Existing Services"? This feature can be added to the client management section in the admin panel. When you select the client you wish to manage, you can simply toggle the "Block New Orders" option to restrict them from placing any additional orders. This way, the client can continue to renew their current services as needed, but they won't be able to purchase any new services. This provides a simple and efficient way to manage client access and orders within the WHMCS system.
