Be able to set default sorting order for Client Profile -> Tickets tab

Currently, there is no setting or way to set the sorting order to date descending in Client Profile -> Tickets tab. This is a 3 click step instead of one just to accomplish this. It would be nice to have a setting so that we can set the default sort to descending by date on that table. Right now it resorts to Date -> Ascending with no way to change this
