You have to manually go to admin area, enter manually your password before you get to that.
Makes it nearly unusable because of too many steps involved, why bother ban some rarely used domain if it's that many steps? Nawh, not worth it, takes too much time and effort.
From order view directly ban an email domain, and do not require admin PW re-entered to add new ones.
