SSO using Azure Active Directory might be beneficial for larger hosting organizations. As a result, your company only needs to create a single account for Mail, WHMCS, and possibly other panels (for which we are now looking into the possibilities). AD roles should serve as the foundation for admin roles so that a single, centralized management area may be created.
Since customers won't be able to utilize our Azure Tenant, this will obviously just contain admin sections.

SSO with Azure AD
Single Sign-On integration with Azure Active Directory or documentation on how to do so would be really appreciated by us Microsoft 365 users. So when staff has a Microsoft 365 account under our domain they are logged in to WHMCS Admin or maybe even the client area automatically. If not - they are redirected to the Microsoft 365 sign-in page instead of WHMCS.

Entra ID (previously Azure AD) is the IAM solution used by most service providers and provides robust security features such as Conditional Access.
We want to see both SSO and SCIM User Provisioning functionality into the WHMCS Portal for both customer end users and WHMCS Admins.
This can be done using multiple different Entra ID configurations into different tenants.
This should also tie in with the SSO already utilise by WHMCS to allow for login to cPanel using the same flow.
This would have the added benefits of providing additional security to customer DNS, cPanel and other serivces as an added benefit.
