For people who integrate Mailchimp after they already have registered clients, the "module" would automatically synchronize with these customers retroactively, adding to the account of each of them inside the platform of MailChimp important information, such as:
- Average expenditure
- Requests made
- Paid Invoices
Among other information ...
This information is very important so that we can target campaigns within Mailchimp, examples of campaigns:
- Customers with average spending above X value
- Customers who bought X products / services
Without this synchronized information, you can not target these campaigns.
In our case, for example, there are more than 900 clients that have been imported manually since we recently integrated MailChimp, and the company has had these registrations for years.
