When provisioning OX Suite, the system creates MX records on the cPanel server but does not amend the SPF record. It could easily use the cPanel script spf_installer to do this.
SPF records are optional but highly recommended.
@WHMCS Your developers could use the cPanel script "spf_installer" to append the include:spf.cloudus.rs.oxcs.net part to the existing SPF record. It would only require a single command added to the existing process, and it would benefit the entire WHMCS community.
