Would be nice if WHMCS had a auto saving feature for when you are creating and replying to tickets or for any type of text entered for that matter, example invoices, to-do's, etc...
I have been caught out so many times when I'm in the middle of a lengthy ticket reply or invoice description and the internet goes down or browser crashes or for what ever reason WHMCS logs me out either due to inactivity because i may have switched over to another browser tab for a while and then switched back to whmcs to finalise my reply and then i click send response and i loose everything and I'm taken back to the whcms login screen. I now find myself selecting all the text i have entered in and pressing CTRL+C to copy the text to the clipboard when composing lengthy entries (just in case).... BUT sometimes i forget to do that.
An example of this auto save feature would be something like Gmail's auto save feature. When i start typing an email it saves my input every second. Even if WHMCS could auto save every 30 secs would be better than nothing and loosing everything i typed.
I hope this gets implemented soon as it has been frustrating ever since i started using whmcs. I am at point where im actually thinking of looking for an alternate helpdesk and billing system because of this issue and im sure i am not alone.
