How can we improve WHMCS?

It would be most awesome if you could somehow implement the option for a project to be automatically created when a customer purchases a certain product. For example, when a customer purchases website hosting, we can set it up so it automatically sets up their cpanel account (Module Settings while editing a Project/Service). I would love for their to be a module setting that I can configure so that when a customer purchases Monthly Website Maintenance, it automatically creates a project with a selected tasks template and all.
