I have support tickets that are automatically opened, but they are not associated with the service.

I would like to suggest that they be automatically associated.

This is serious issue, when we use auto release module it creates a ticket against customer and its embarrassment when it is not in proper format WHMCS should help us to customize it so that we can properly format the ticket and make it look professional as other whmcs email templates

Would also be great if we had the option to have the title/subject of the ticket not be "Service provisioned" but rather the name of the product and the associated domain, if one is associated.
