Would be great if WHMCS could have an option to automatically add a salutation to the start of support ticket replies such as:

Hello %FIRSTNAME%,

@John He is saying automatic and not manually , putting this in ticket signature works perfectly but it leaves 4,5 lines of blank space.
Add this option Properly.

You can do it automatically via the email template or in a predefined reply.

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion. This can be done with the following syntax:
Hello [FIRSTNAME]
You can also use:
[NAME] - Ticket Submitter Full Name
[EMAIL] - Ticket Submitter Email
