Attrition / churn rate report

Being able to calculate the churn / attrition rate inside WHMCS might give us a quick glimpse to one of the most important metrics for any service provider.

  • How many clients renewed their service?
  • How many clients on average cancel their service?
  • Are clients fully aware of what they are buying? Are we giving a good service?

Most of the information it's already available at the database so it might be easy enough to start with a quick draft, which can be later improved to calculate month to month or yearly churn rates.
