Currently when creating a ticket it defaults to the account holder, and there is no way to choose any of the contacts instead. This of course doesn't make any sense as there is plenty of times you need to send a ticket to someone else, not the acocunt holder. It really needs to be possible to choose who the ticket is for.
Also it cc's the ticket to all contacts who have that notification enabled, even though the ticket is probably nothing to do with them. Again, it should be possible to choose who is cc'd on a ticket, and not default to everyone.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this suggestion. When creating a new ticket via the admin area, if the client's account contains an existing contact, the option is displayed to select a contact to whom the ticket will be CCed.
