How can we improve WHMCS?

It would be a great feature if there was the ability to assign tasks within the project to clients and not just staff. Often, after a project meeting with the client, there is an action item list generated and some of those tasks the client needs to perform. It would be a great way to enhance the capability of the add-on and provide a more 2-way street approach to project management. Most other popular PM tools have this capability.
