API Include Hidden Feature Retired and Order

When API Call out to GetProducts can it include a option to get only featured? Also can we have it return the following fields Hidden, Feature, Retired, and Order or return it with order by order it is listed? This will help us put it on the main domain alot without any database calls after getting products.
