How can we improve WHMCS?

Announcements base image upload (just like the Knowledge base image upload)

I love the fact that "Knowledge base" will in the new version be able to support the image upload functions.

That will nt be too complicated to integrate now that the the Knowledge base is supporting this function.

Just like Ross Gerring (Knowledge base image upload) explain it in his post, it appears that the only way to include an image is to reference a URL to an existing image, as opposed to being able to select and upload an image directly into an article.

This features will be just perfect in order to enrich the Announcements articles.

yet another feature we have been waiting for for 15 years.
The whole file/image management in WHMCS is pathetic, moreso considering the fact that they do not even have to write this code, there are modules available that do this for you.
Such as tinyMCE, filegator and others.

what is the demented logic behind finally adding this to the KB but not other areas? Although the KB update was also lame and doesn;t allow you to actually pick files, just gives you a lame list of recent uploads.

Its as though a PHP novice is writing this code. I am not even a PHP developer and I could do better.
I have just upgraded to 8.11.2 from an older version which had the upload image for the kb which I was grateful for even though I went 10 years without it, and am quite frankly very surprised the announcements still don't have them, even though I just received three emails last week saying you will be increasing prices for WHMCS.......again. This is a basic requirement and at the time of writing has 53 votes.
The workaround is to upload the image to a KB article and then use the URL in the Announcements Image, but really, why isn't it in Announcements anyway? LOL
Yes, it would be great if we could have this feature for announcements, too. I can't be that difficult.
It is necessary that you have this option, it has already been added in tsupportkb.php, but it needs to be added in supportannouncements.php
This option will be really usefull because I need post articles with images!
