Hello,
We noticed that when clients are placing orders for a product that requires domains, they cannot use their sub-domains to place orders when using the require domain feature. Even when using the "I will use my existing domain and update the nameservers" option, this is not valid.
This has made us either lose clients or when the clients reach out to us, have to create the order manually.

Thanks for providing your suggestion.
The second-level-domain field on the order form is validated to ensure a suitable entry is provided and help protect against malicious code being submitted.
There is not currently a field intended for third-level domains on the order form, but we would be interested to see the level of demand for adding one in future.
