How can we improve WHMCS?

Today the default WHMCS Tax ID field when enabled is "optional", it would be important to give more freedom to choose whether we want this mandatory field or not, there are many countries that require this mandatory, but today this field cannot be mandatory, perhaps a button in the "require mandatory" admin will be useful enough.
