Allow server modules to use Loader Functions without Simple Mode

Working on a server module and reading through the documentation here:

I was excited to find these Loader Functions auto populate options in the module settings, however I was disappointed to see that they only work when using Simple Mode. I'm going to end setting SimpleMode all my ConfigOptions (including ones without Loaders), but then I get a link at the bottom to switch between Simple and Advanced mode that doesn't do anything. It's confusing to end-users for no discernible reason.
Please allow Loader Functions to work without requiring SimpleMode be enabled.
