When a user who has a sub-account submits a ticket, their email gets added to the cc database column, and does not get added to the email column.
This causes the search by email not to work.
Either one of two needs to be added to WHMCS:
1. The email field needs to be populated with the email that is sending the ticket.
OR..
2. A search field for the CC should be added to the support ticket search in the admin area.
