I noticed there is no option for clients to escalate ticket to higher support if client is not satisfied with support he has been provided for. whmcs ticketing system misses this important feature.
At this time, If the client wants a ticket to be escalated, they would normally need to request it via a reply and an admin would do it by changing the ticket options accordingly. But this is not we can call " Automation " which whmcs is meant for.
So I request whmcs developers to provide such feature in next update.
