How can we improve WHMCS?

Right now when using SSO/OpenID Connect, any sub-users of an account get logged in as the primary account owner. I propose adding an option that would allow sub-users to pass through using their own details. We have a third party chat system integrated to our install via OIDC but because everything gets flattened down to the account owner, we cannot tell what person messages are coming from. Being able to select this as an option would allow us to better manage this chat system and know who we are actually speaking with.
