How can we improve WHMCS?

I would like to see the ability to add attachments to client profiles. This would allow the attachment of various PDF or other documents to client records so that contracts or other signed agreements can be recorded as part of the other stored client information.

If there is room then perhaps this could be implemented by adding another tab to the client profile that lists attachments and allows them to be downloaded or viewed.
