Add/Modify Client Area Notifications with Hooks

I think it could be a great feature for developers and WHMCS users to be able to add and modify the client area notifications.
The wording of how this may work may be wrong, however, the idea would be:
• Extend the usability of client area notifications; to be able to push more direct, personalised notifications to individual/all users through Hooks.
As it stands, WHMCS currently only pushes unpaid invoices and possibly email verification notifications, but opening this up to allow hooks could provide a much better user experience.

Thanks for your suggestion. The ClientAlert action hook point can be used for this purpose.
