Adding pagination to Admin Products page

When you have many products in the /XYZAdmin/configproducts.php , it can be nightmarish to sift through a page of hundreds, thousands of products. For instance, if you are selling many downloads.

Could it be possible to add pagination to that page please? Preferably by Ajax by product type?
