There is lots of important information in the System Activity Log - and that's great.
The problem is that you don't include there any information on tickets notes.
I can see in the System Activity Log tickets reply, client notes, invoicing information etc - but without the ticket note information.
Can you please add it to the log - so any time an admin add a ticket note it will be mentioned in the System Activity Log with a link to the relevant ticket the note was added to?
