How can we improve WHMCS?

Add the required metadata to the transactions with the stripe integration so that stripe can accurately track transactions that have regional sales tax applied for tax liability tracking in stripe.

Currently, state sales tax must be manually entered in whmcs, and if the transaction meets that region criteria, the state sales tax is applied. but the entire amount is passed to stripe without any distinction that part of that transaction is supposed to be withheld as sales tax.
