Add support to Six theme to make it a Progressive Web App (PWA)

Would love to have the six theme pre-set to work as a PWA such that you only need to enable the feature in the admin and those using devices that support PWAs will essentially turn their Client Area into an app. More details here.

Agreed. I want this. The app is very limited and I like to do stuff while I'm out of the office!

This would be great for both the SIX theme and admin side. Then we could look at ditching the phone app which is a limited subset of features.
