Add support for conditional module options in Setup > Addon Modules

It would be very helpful to make the module options we can add - conditional. So...for example - if a specific checkbox is checked, it shows 2 more fields below it. If it's not checked, those fields are hidden. This way, we could save a lot of room by being able to condense module options.
